Q. Can I use Teflon® in the microwave?
A. Teflon® nonstick coating can be used on top of the range, in the oven, under the broiler (as long as temperature does not exceed 260°c) and in the microwave. However, the material of the cookware itself may not be suitable for certain applications (for example, metal pans should not be used in the microwave). Be sure to check the cookware manufacturer''''s guidelines for proper usage.
Q. Can you store food in the refrigerator in a non stick pan?

Although not absolutely necessary, a non-time "seasoning" of your pan prior to use will ensure that you experience the "non stick" release quality from the start.
